With over 4 stationary aggregate facilities, 3 hot mix facilities and 15 ready mix facilities PIPL, along with our affiliates, is able to provide construction materials of exceptional quality. This capability in conjunction with our engineering services department provides every customer a product that meets or exceeds required performance standards. From patios to airport runways our concrete operations supply products that will perform for years to come. To achieve optimum performance, aggregates used for hot mix paving must be crushed and sized to demanding standards that require skill and attention to detail not commonly found in our industry. Use of recycled materials is a concern for all of our operations as we explore ways to improve our environment and reduce our consumption of limited resources.

Our company realizes that to be better we must recruit and develop employees that have skills and talents to respond to the opportunities associated with the manufacture and sale of construction materials. We focus on developing employees from within, however our growth allows us to seek qualified individuals from outside our company to contribute new ideas and approaches to mining, manufacturing and marketing of our products.

Also, the Company has kept pace with the cutting edge technologies now used in the construction industry by modernizing its building construction department. The latest shuttering and scaffolding, including Batch Mix Plant at site and Ready Mix Concrete with pumps and suitable equipment are already being employed by PIPL to upgrade and speed up its construction process. Not content to rest on its laurels, PIPL has incorporated the finest available systems and practices to bring to its clients the very best.
